Governor's STEM Academy for Agriculture and Maritime Studies

The Northern Neck Technical Center Governor's STEM Academy for Agriculture and Maritime Studies serves the high schools from the counties of Essex, Lancaster, Northumberland, Rappahannock, Westmoreland and the public schools of the Town of Colonial Beach.

NNTC was built to serve the career and technical education needs of the participating school systems. The NNTC is a state of the art facility that strives to meet the needs of the 21st century learning trends. Competition Ceremony 

Date: May 13th, 2024

Time: Students should arrive by 5:15pm and the Ceremony will begin at 6:00pm

Location: Rappahannock High School Auditorium

Tickets: Due to the number of completers and limited number of seats, each completer will receive 3 tickets. Students who wish to receive more tickets will need to come to the front office and place their name on a waitlist. We will distribute a limited number of extra tickets. Guests must have a ticket to enter. NNTC will also livestream the Ceremony on Facebook for those who cannot attend in person.

• April 30: State Board Examination: Cosmetology II Students
• May 4: NNTC Education Foundation Car Show
• May 7-9: Board of Nursing Examination: Nurse Aide Students
• May 13: Completion Ceremony @ 6
• May 24: Last Day of School for Students
• June 17: New Student Orientation for Nurse Aide and Cosmetology Students
